In the Phu Quoc Express systerm, Trung Nhi is also one of the largest high-speed ships. This ship was put into service passengers on the route Tran De port, Soc Trang province to Con Dao.
Trung Nhi is the largest catamaran in Vietnam with a capacity of 600 passengers from Tran De port to Ben Dam port – Con Dao after one and half hours.
With the design of a modern European – standard catamaran, length of 46.85 m and width of 12.2 m, Con Dao Express 36 may accommodate 598 passengers when operation, the vessel is highly stable and spacious cabins bring great comfort, which helps crew members as well as passengers get rid of tiredness and the syndrome “seasickness”, promising to bring the smoothest and safest voyage.
Trung Nhi is equipped with 4 Roll – Royce MTU 12V4000M53 machines with a total capacity of 7402 horsepower and the maximum speed of up to 35 knots, which will dramatically shorten the time needed to travel from Soc Trang to Con Dao in just 1,5 hours.
